  1. I always find when I get back into fitness that it’s my diet that lets me down. I’m not great at eating and I’m terrified to cook, so the majority of my food is quick and low calorie. It leaves training very difficult to cope with. I’ve never went down the route of a personal trainer, but would love to give it a go.
